I had an exceptional experience with Allison as my realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable of the market, and she was especially accessible and responsive with my myriad of questions throughout the sales, contract and closing process. We first spoke in September, when Allison called me back within 24 hours of me submitting an introductory inquiry on the Rudy website. Our first conversation was no shorter than 45 minutes where I shared my wish list and timing, and Allison wasn't rushed or distracted on that call; she sent me a confirmation email outlining exactly what we discussed and what my priorities were and assured me she'd keep her eyes and ears open. Because of her reputation and relationships, she found my condo before it hit the market, and that was key for me securing the unit, which coincidentally was exactly what Allison and I had first discussed six months earlier...location, complex, even floor! I give Allison 10 stars out of 5 because of her knowledge, her attention to detail, her relationships on the Key, her patience with and responsiveness to my million dumb questions, and her overall ability to make me feel like I was her only client.
Allison was very energetic and always amenable to meetings no matter the time or place. She has been notably patient in dealing with us as we have looked at properties with her for more than four years and yet she never displayed any ill feelings for having the process be "unending." At the time that we made a final offer she was very helpful with providing counsel and with showing similar competitive bids, etc. Once the purchase was complete she was quite efficient at coordinating the seller's agent, insurance folks, and mortgage banker to get the sale consummated. I would recommend Allison without reservation and conclude by saying she was also personally helpful in keeping some items for us before occupancy - showing her generosity and doing "what it takes" to make sure her buyers were satisfied. I would not hesitate to use Allison again.
Good day: I don't really know where to start with Allison. She is a wonderful lady. When I first met Allison, I was a bit apprehensive. Was I ever wrong. She found house after house for me to look at. Every time something went wrong, she would keep right on finding homes for me. When we finally found a keeper, She moved it forward, and was very professional how she did it. She is very aggressive and knows a tremendous lot about the real estate business. I can't begin to say enough great things about Allison. I hope to do another house in South West Florida. I will be coming to find Allison. She is so wonderful.
